In this economy, I think security and stability are most important, although I am sure many people who have been laid-off thought their jobs were safe.

Room to grow is really important to me, or at least the chance to move to another job down the road with the same place.

I think where you work, as far as a big or small city, will depend on your career goals and your preferences. I am not comfortable in a big place, but if I had to go there for my job, I probably would. Some jobs require you to live in cities, so I guess you have to go to those jobs.

Salary is important, but to me, I would rather start at a lower salary in a job I love, work my way up or get more experience to get a bigger salary than to be in a job with a big salary that I ****.
