85% of jobs are never advertised. They are filled by word of mouth. It is not what you know that is important but who you know. The key is NETWORKING. Make a resume and give it to everyone you know and let them know that you need a job. Join as many organizations, leagues or groups that you can. Volunteering is a good way to meet people and sometimes if they like you it turns into a paying job.

yeah its hard, im job hunting right now too. I think you should upload your resume onto a jobsite like monster.com.
This way employers can search for you - ive got a couple of interviews from doing that.
Secondly maybe register with some recruitment agencies..they can give some good advice cos they know the industry
when you apply for a job, always send in a cover letter with your resume…this site has a good cover letter tutorial

And dont give, im sure we’ll both find jobs soon :-)

Have you tried Target if it’s in your area? Also try WorkOne. You can take a test to see what you would want to do.
