I think maybe you should leave it up to them. But they’ll find a job pretty easily with nursing or engineering degrees.

The medical Field is hot right now and many jobs within it are experiencing shortages.

Pharmacy, nursing, and x-ray are definitely good ways to go. All are well paid and it would be very easy to get a job in any of those fields right out of school.

Another benefit with medical jobs is that a lot of them only require an associate degree and a license/certification. A lot of schools offer programs for those fields, but I would recommend taking the training at an actual junior college. Before joining a program you should make sure that the school offers FULL certification so that they can make the most money out of it.

Private schools may cost you 15,000 dollars and not issue a full license.

Community colleges will cost a fraction of that (usually about $300 per semester) and will better train you for the career.

BTW compensation for those jobs usually starts at about 50,000 a year depending on where you live.

As with all careers though, make sure that you research the field, and the school thoroughly before signing up.

Everybody needs engineers these days. Computer science too.
Good luck on whatever you choose.

No offense but let them live their own lives…if they feel it is important to help you out then great, if not then leave them alone and let them do their own thing. You want them to be happy right?
